Routines include a mixture of street / hip-hop, commercial, ballet, Latin, contemporary and jazz styles.  Throw in gymnasts, models, disco freestyle champs and B-girls (break-dancers) and you have a dynamic mix of beautiful, sexy women who know how to put on a great show.

They have worked with a number of high profile names in the business: Cheryl Cole, Rihanna, JLS, One Direction, Ne-Yo, Will I am, Sinitta, Kimberley Wyatt, The Wanted and Little Mix.

Here at MarkMeets we caught up with the ladies for a chat about their career and plans for the future.

You made it to the semi-finals of Sky’s Got to Dance earlier this year, what have you been working on since?

Everything.  Our look, our choreography and getting more active on social media.  We’ve recorded two new dance videos, which will be out really soon!

Have you lost a few members?

Sadly we have, as they had other commitments relating to other careers and going to uni, etc.  But, they still come in and train with us and we still keep in close contact!

How would you describe your dancing style?

Our style is a mixture of street & hip-hop, commercial, ballet, Latin, contemporary and jazz styles.  We have members who are gymnasts, models, disco freestyle champs and B-girls (break-dancers).  This is what makes us so unique!  Oh, and we always dance in high heels!

Do you know Louie Spence from Pineapple Studios (Where you teach) and have you taught him anything?

Yes we know him!  He's a great guy.  We've not taught him anything... yet!

You shot a couple of videos recently, how was that and how do you decide what music goes over the it?

It was really fun.  We love having projects to work on & we love filming our sets, so we can get ourselves out there & show people what we are made of!

POISON

Being from Essex, do people make assumptions about you?  And if so do you challenge them to dance-off's?

Sometimes, but we don't challenge them to dance-offs we just simply say "shut uuppp!" ;-)

How does the choreography for your amazing routines?

We just listen to music that inspires us and watch incredible dancers & videos to excite us & freestyle to the music and see what comes out.  If we like it, we then choreograph & set it in stone.

Having worked alongside Cheryl Cole, Rihanna, JLS, One Direction, Ne-Yo...how has been the most fun?

They were all great artists to work for.  Being alongside Cheryl at Wembley Stadium at the Capital FM Summertime Ball was an amazing experience and the most fun, as 80,000 people were there.  The atmosphere was amazing.

One Direction are great fun and a great group of guys.  Belle went on the X Factor tour with them.

What is coming up for you over the coming months?

We are looking forward to doing as many shows as possible.  We’re continuing to rehearse really hard and create new sets.  We’ve got a lot of press stuff lined up and are going to publish our videos soon to get as much exposure as possible.  There isn’t another female dance crew out there like us at the moment, so watch this space!

Where can people find out more about you all?
